  3. Performance Metrics as a Ranking Factor: Unlike traditional SEO, metrics like Chat Response Rate and Ship-on-Time (SOT) rate directly influence search visibility.

  4. Sales Velocity & Conversion Rate: Similar to Amazon's A9, products that sell well rank.
